#Occupylsx day 2 – we’re here to stay at St Paul’s, join us!

#occupylsx has woken up to a beautiful, sunny morning. The Canon Chancellor of St Paul’s came out to welcome us – he said we could stay, but told the police to leave. Amen to that!

There will be a people’s assembly at midday today, where we’ll discuss the future of #occupylsx – this is what real democracy looks like. Come down and make your voice heard.

#occupylsx needs food, shelter, anything warm and more people with positive energy. If you’ve got any of those things, please make yourselves known via:

Or better still, just turn up!

  5. I was just looking for this information for some time. After six hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your website. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this kind of informative websites in top of the list. Normally the top websites are full of garbage.

  6. We need capitalism with a human face that caters for the needs of all people (health, education, housing and food). However, to do this we need to revolutionize the political system away from the corrupt polticians. I can see the beginning of that. The will of the people will prevail

  7. Well done to all of you and thank you for standing in peaceful protest for change and equality for all. You represent many more who cannot be with you − stay strong and stay peaceful.

  8. I do enjoy the manner in which you have presented this particular issue and it really does supply me a lot of fodder for consideration. On the other hand, from what precisely I have observed, I just simply wish as the responses stack on that folks remain on issue and in no way get started upon a tirade associated with some other news of the day. Anyway, thank you for this fantastic point and whilst I can not really go along with this in totality, I respect the standpoint.

  9. I still don’t understand why this protest is being held at a place of worship? Why is the protest not outside banks? Instead it;s outside St. Paul’s with all the problems its now causing for people who want to visit that area. I don’t agree with siting this protest where it is in London. Move somewhere else.
